The three cottages have been renovated with taste from the previous antique farm annexes close to the main house and are now confortable houses that offer privacy and relaxed holidays.
We also rent a flat of 130 m2 in an historic palace in the old town ofAmelia, with a living room, dining room, three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and beautiful view.

ROSETO:

With olive trees all around and a large terrace surrounded by roses and peonies, this cottage was the latest to be restored. The cottage has a living room with antique furniture, table, sofa bed, fireplace and sliding door windows, which open onto the terrace. The morning sun comes in from the big windows and the sensation is to be living totally immersed in nature. Bedroom with double bed, double wardrobe and bathroom en suite. The house is modern and consequently very functional, the kitchen is small but complete. Outside terrace with eating facilities.

LIMONAIA:

The cottage used to be a stable. Restored in 1991 with cotto floor it has maintained its rustic simplicity. Limonaia has a very large studio room, a bathroom and kitchen with fireplace. The sleeping area has a big double bed and a wardrobe. A panel divides the studio in two. The living area has a sofa bed, a divan, a table and two libraries. The veranda, with a table for 4, is very private and cool in the summer and is surrounded by shrubs.  This cottage has a cosy old country style, cool in the summer days and sunny in the spring and autumn.

PERGOLA:

Pergola is the smallest cottage of La Fontana but it is very charming, ideal for a young couple. It is an L shaped studio room with a sleeping area with one queen size bed, a single bed, a wardrobe and a table. The kitchen unit is basic but functional. The bathroom is quite large. The main features of this cottage are the cotto floor, the arch that encloses the sleeping area and the outdoor terrace that is covered by a vine pergola that make it into an extra living room, with a table and the best view of the place.
